# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 246/2013 of 19 March 2013 amending Regulation (EU) No 185/2010 as regards the screening of liquids, aerosols and gels at EU airports (Text with EEA relevance), Article 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Point 2 of the Annex shall apply from 31 January 2014.
