  "text": "The data and information provided, together with other relevant data and information, shall be sufficient to:\n(a)identify the relative importance of the types of processes involved (balance between chemical and biological degradation);\n(b)where possible, identify the individual components present;\n(c)establish the relative proportions of the components present and their distribution as between water, including suspended particles, and sediment; and\n(d)permit the residue of concern to which non-target species are or may be exposed, to be defined.",
