  "text": "Possible effects on aquatic species (fish, aquatic invertebrates, algae and in the case of herbicides and plant growth regulators, aquatic macrophytes) shall be investigated except where the possibility that aquatic species will be exposed can be ruled out.\nA risk assessment for aquatic organisms shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant risk quotient analysis.",
