Section 12 Classification and labelling

Proposals for the classification and labelling of the plant protection product in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, where applicable, shall be submitted and justified, including:

  • pictograms,

  • signal words,

  • hazard statements, and

  • precautionary statements.
