  "text": "Detailed procedures to be followed in the event of an emergency, whether arising during transport, storage or use, shall be provided and include:\n(a)containment of spillages;\n(b)decontamination of areas, vehicles and buildings;\n(c)disposal of damaged packaging, absorbents and other materials;\n(d)protection of emergency workers and residents, including bystanders;\n(e)first aid measures.",
