# Commission Regulation (EU) No 284/2013 of 1 March 2013 setting out the data requirements for plant protection products, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market (Text with EEA relevance), Division 2

For solid plant protection products, treated and coated seeds there shall be an assessment of the risk from dust drift on to non-target species during application or sowing. Until agreed dust dissipation rates are available, then likely exposure levels shall be determined using a range of application techniques, suitable dust measurement methodology and, where appropriate, mitigation measures.
