  1. (1)For electricity projects falling under the categories set out in Annex II.1, each Group shall be composed of representatives of the Member States, national regulatory authorities, TSOs, as well as the Commission, the Agency and the ENTSO for Electricity.

  7. (7)The Commission, the Agency and the Groups shall strive for consistency between the different Groups. For this purpose, the Commission and the Agency shall ensure, when relevant, the exchange of information on all work representing an interregional interest between the Groups concerned.
