Article 4

1.
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter III of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 282/2012f1 each tenderer shall lodge a security of EUR 150 per tonne of sugar to be imported under this Regulation.
2.
Where a tender is successful, that security shall become the security for the import licence.
3.
The security referred to in paragraph 1 shall be released in case of unsuccessful tenderers.
