  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 363/2013\nof 22 April 2013\nimplementing Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Syria\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 of 18 January 2012 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Syria, and in particular Article 32(1) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 18 January 2012, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 36/2012.\n(2)\nIn accordance with Council Implementing Decision 2013/185/CFSP of 22 April 2013 implementing Decision 2012/739/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Syria, the Council considers that a person should be removed from the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures as set out in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 36/2012.\n(3)\nFurther the entries for the persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures set out in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 should be updated and amended.\n(4)\nAnnex II to Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 should be updated accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
