  "text": "The applications for export licences lodged from 1 to 10 April 2013 for the quota period 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2014 shall be accepted.\nThe quantities covered by export licence applications referred to in the first paragraph of this Article for the products referred to in Article 27(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1187/2009 shall be multiplied by the following allocation coefficients:\n1,537273 for applications submitted for the part of the quota referred to in Article 28(1)(a) of Regulation (EC) No 1187/2009,\n2,607683 for applications submitted for the part of the quota referred to in Article 28(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 1187/2009.\nExport licences for the quantities exceeding the quantities applied for and which are allocated in accordance with the coefficients set out in the second paragraph, shall be issued after acceptance by the operator within one week from the date of publication of this Regulation and subject to the lodging of the security applicable.",
