  "text": "Points (d) to (h) of the first subparagraph of Article 63(2) of Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 as added by point (2) of Article 1 of this Regulation shall also apply to operators who signed the declaration referred to in Article 63(2) of Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 before the date of application of this Regulation.",
