Each infrastructure manager and each railway undertaking shall, in its annual safety report pursuant to regulation 20(1) of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006 or paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Channel Tunnel (Safety) (Amendment) Order 2013, report briefly on its experience with the application of this Regulation.
