# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 405/2013 of 2 May 2013 opening and providing for the administration of Union tariff quotas for agricultural products originating in Peru, Article 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 March 2013.
