A definitive anti-dumping duty is hereby imposed on imports of ceramic tableware and kitchenware currently falling within CN codes ex 6911 10 00 , ex 6912 00 21 , ex 6912 00 23 , ex 6912 00 25 and ex 6912 00 29 (TARIC codes 6911 10 00 90 , 6912 00 21 11 , 6912 00 21 91 , 6912 00 23 10 , 6912 00 25 10 and 6912 00 29 10 ) and originating in the People's Republic of China.\nThe following goods are excluded:\nceramic condiment or spice mills and their ceramic grinding parts,\nceramic coffee mills,\nceramic knife sharpeners,\nceramic sharpeners,\nceramic kitchen tools to be used for cutting, grinding, grating, slicing, scraping and peeling, and\ncordierite ceramic pizza-stones of a kind used for baking pizza or bread.\n2. The application of the individual anti-dumping duty rates specified for the companies mentioned in paragraph 2 shall be conditional upon presentation to the customs authorities of the Member States of a valid commercial invoice, which shall be conform to the requirements set out in Annex II. If no such invoice is presented, the duty applicable to ‘All other companies’ shall apply.\n4. Unless otherwise specified, the provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.",
