An electric breast vacuum pump consisting of:
a housing with an integrated pump driven by an electric motor, a battery and controls to adjust suction strength and rhythm,
a suction bonnet with a funnel-shaped suction attachment,
a plastic adaptor for attaching a milk bottle.
The pump exercises a rhythmic vacuum on a woman’s breast to extract the milk.

Classification is determined by General Rules 1 and 6 for the interpretation of the Combined Nomenclature and by the wording of CN codes 8414, 8414 10 and 8414 10 89.
Classification under heading 8509 as electromechanical domestic appliances is excluded as the product is not of a kind commonly used for domestic purposes (see Note 3 to Chapter 85).
The product is a pump and it is therefore to be classified under CN code 8414 10 89.
