# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 470/2013 of 22 May 2013 opening a tariff quota for certain quantities of industrial sugar for the 2013/14 marketing year, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 October 2013.
It shall expire on 30 September 2014.
