# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 476/2013 of 23 May 2013 fixing the quantitative limit for exports of out-of-quota sugar and isoglucose until the end of the 2013/14 marketing year, Article 3: Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 October 2013.
It shall expire on 30 September 2014.
