  "text": "Where a declaration for release for free circulation is presented in respect of imports of those solar panels and key components which are currently falling within TARIC codes 3818 00 10 11 , 3818 00 10 19 , 8541 40 90 21 , 8541 40 90 29 , 8541 40 90 31 and 8541 40 90 39 , those TARIC codes shall be entered in the relevant field of that declaration.\nMember States shall, on a monthly basis, inform the Commission of the number of pieces imported under TARIC codes 3818 00 10 11 and 3818 00 10 19 and the number of Watt for TARIC codes 8541 40 90 21 , 8541 40 90 29 , 8541 40 90 31 and 8541 40 90 39 , and of their origin.",
