Article 1 Amendment to Regulation (EC) No 341/2007

In Article 4(2) of Regulation (EC) No 341/2007, the following fourth subparagraph is added:

‘For Croatia, for the 2013/2014, 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 import tariff quota periods:

  1. (a)

    point (a) of the first subparagraph shall not apply; and

  2. (b)

    “import into the Union” shall be understood as import from countries of origin other than the Member States of the Union as constituted at 1 July 2013.’
