# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 567/2013 of 18 June 2013 correcting Regulation (EC) No 1235/2008 laying down detailed rules for implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 as regards the arrangements for imports of organic products from third countries (Text with EEA relevance), Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
However, point (1) of Annex II shall apply from 1 July 2012 and points (3) and (4) of Annex II shall apply from 1 April 2013.
