  "text": "1 . For the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Regulation, competent authorities shall have the powers and shall follow the procedures set out in Directive 2013/36/EU UK law and in this Regulation.\n2 . For the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Regulation, the resolution authority shall have the powers and shall follow the procedures set out in the United Kingdom legislation that implemented Directive 2014/59/EU, as amended from time to time, and in this Regulation.\n3 .
