Article 44 Transitional measures regarding identification documents

By way of derogation from Article 25(1) F2..., the identification document referred to in point (e) of Article 10(1) shall be deemed to comply with this Regulation where it was F3issued before 29 December 2014 and:

(a)

drawn up in accordance with the model certificate set out in Annex II to Decision 2011/874/EU, or where relevant, the model passport established by Decision 2003/803/EC; and

F4(b)

drawn up in accordance with the model passport established by Decision 203/903/EC.
