  "text": "In order to obtain import licences as referred to in Article 3 the following conditions shall be complied with:\n(a) section 8 of licence applications and licences must show the country of origin and the mention ‘yes’ shall be marked by a cross. Licences shall be subject to the obligation to import from the country in question;\n(b) section 20 of licence applications and licences must contain one of the entries listed in Annex I.",
