Article 3 Amendment to Regulation (EC) No 1683/95

Article 5 of Regulation (EC) No 1683/95 is replaced by the following:

"Article 5

For the purposes of this Regulation, 'visa' means a visa as defined in Article 2(2)(a) of Regulation (EC) No 810/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 establishing a Community Code on Visas (Visa Code)^f1.
