  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on 19 July 2013.\nArticle 1(5)(a)(i), Article 1(5)(b), Article 2(1) and (2), Article 2(3)(a), Articles 3, 4, 5 and 6, point (3) of Annex I, and Annex II shall apply from 18 October 2013.",
