  "text": "1. This Regulation establishes ecodesign requirements for the placing on the market of computers.\n2. This Regulation shall apply to the following products that can be powered directly from the mains alternating current (AC) including via an external or internal power supply:\n(a) desktop computers;\n(b) integrated desktop computers;\n(c) notebook computers (including tablet computers, slate computers and mobile thin clients);\n(d) desktop thin clients;\n(e) workstations;\n(f) mobile workstations;\n(g) small-scale servers.\n(h) computer servers.\n3. This Regulation shall not apply to the following product groups:\n(a) blade system and components;\n(b) server appliances;\n(c) multi-node servers;\n(d) computer servers with more than four processor sockets;\n(e) game consoles;\n(f) docking stations.",
