# Commission Regulation (EU) No 617/2013 of 26 June 2013 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for computers and computer servers (Text with EEA relevance), Article 7: Market surveillance and verification procedure

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Market surveillance shall be carried out in accordance with the rules specified in the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010.
Checking of computers for compliance with the applicable ecodesign requirements shall be carried out in accordance with the verification procedure set out in point 2 of Annex III to this Regulation.
