  "text": "1. This Regulation establishes eco-design requirements for the placing on the market of electric mains-operated vacuum cleaners, including hybrid vacuum cleaners.\n2. This Regulation shall not apply to:\n(a) wet, wet and dry, battery operated, robot, industrial, or central vacuum cleaners;\n(b) floor polishers;\n(c) outdoor vacuums.",
