  "text": "Regulation (EU) No 327/2011 is amended as follows:\nThe following is added in the end of Article 1(3):\n(e) ‘designed to operate with an optimum energy efficiency at 8 000 rotations per minute or more.’\nThe following is deleted in Article 3(4):\n(a) ‘with an optimum energy efficiency at 8 000 rotations per minute or more.’",
