# Commission Regulation (EU) No 666/2013 of 8 July 2013 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for vacuum cleaners (Text with EEA relevance), Article 8: Amendment to Regulation (EU) No 327/2011

Regulation (EU) No 327/2011 is amended as follows:
The following is added in the end of Article 1(3):
(e) ‘designed to operate with an optimum energy efficiency at 8 000 rotations per minute or more.’
The following is deleted in Article 3(4):
(a) ‘with an optimum energy efficiency at 8 000 rotations per minute or more.’
