# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 702/2013 of 22 July 2013 on transitional measures for the application of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the accreditation of official laboratories carrying out official testing for Trichinella and amending Commission Regulation (EC) No 1162/2009 (Text with EEA relevance), Article 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2016.
