# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 741/2013 of 30 July 2013 opening and providing for the administration of Union tariff quotas for agricultural products originating in Colombia, Article 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 August 2013.
