‘active mode coefficient of performance’ (SCOP_on ) or ‘active mode primary energy ratio’ (SPER_on ) means the average coefficient of performance of the heat pump space heater or heat pump combination heater using electricity in active mode, or the average primary energy ratio of the heat pump space heater or heat pump combination heater using fuels in active mode for the designated heating season;
