  2. (b)measurements shall be carried out using a 24-hour measurement cycle as follows:

  5. (e)water heaters to be classified as off-peak water heaters are energised for a maximum period of 8 consecutive hours between 22:00 and 07:00 of the 24-hour tapping pattern. At the end of the 24-hour tapping pattern the water heaters are energised till the end of the step.
