  "text": "The authorities of Switzerland shall communicate to the Commission specimens of the stamp imprints used by the Swiss issuing authorities and the names and signatures of the persons empowered to sign certificates of authenticity. Any subsequent changes of stamps or names shall equally be notified to the Commission as soon as possible. The Commission shall communicate this information to the competent authorities of the Member States.",
