  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply:\nfrom 1 October 2015 to the provision of services already deployed on the date of entry into force of this Regulation,\nfrom 1 October 2013 to the provision of services to be deployed after the date of entry into force of this Regulation.",
