  "text": "The events or conditions covered by the road safety-related minimum universal traffic information service shall consist of at least one of the following categories:\n(a) temporary slippery road;\n(b) animal, people, obstacles, debris on the road;\n(c) unprotected accident area;\n(d) short-term road works;\n(e) reduced visibility;\n(f) wrong-way driver;\n(g) unmanaged blockage of a road;\n(h) exceptional weather conditions.",
