  "text": "1. The information provided on the road safety-related events or conditions shall include the following items:\n(a) location of the event or the condition;\n(b) the category of event or condition as referred to in Article 3 and, where appropriate, short description of it;\n(c) driving behaviour advice, where appropriate.\n2. The information shall be withdrawn if the event or condition cease to subsist, or shall be modified if there is a change in the event or condition.",
