  "text": "1. Member States shall designate sections of the trans-European road network where traffic and safety conditions require the deployment of the road safety-related minimum universal traffic information service.\nThey shall communicate these sections of roads to the Commission.\n2. The provision of the information service shall fulfil the requirements set out in Articles 6 to 8.",
