# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 9/2013 of 9 January 2013 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 872/2004 concerning further restrictive measures in relation to Liberia, Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 872/2004 is amended as follows:
(1) Annex I is amended in accordance with Annex I to this Regulation.
(2) Annex II is replaced by Annex II to this Regulation.
