# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 92/2013 of 1 February 2013 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 700/2012 as regards deductions from the Portuguese fishing quotas available for cod, Greenland halibut and redfish and the Spanish fishing quota available for red seabream in certain areas, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 7 August 2012.
