# Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 October 2013 laying down the Union Customs Code (recast), Article 277: Relief from export duty for Union goods temporarily exported

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Without prejudice to Article 259, Union goods which are temporarily exported from the customs territory of the Union shall benefit from export duty relief, conditional upon their re-import.
