# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 990/2013 of 15 October 2013 amending Regulation (EC) No 1187/2009 as regards exports of milk and milk products to the United States of America and the Dominican Republic, Article 3: Entry into force and application

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Point (1) of Article 1 shall apply as from the quota year 2015.
