# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 994/2013 of 16 October 2013 amending Regulations (EC) No 952/2006, (EC) No 967/2006, (EC) No 555/2008, and (EC) No 1249/2008 as regards the communication and the notification obligations within the common organisation of agricultural markets, Article 3

Article 100 of Regulation (EC) No 555/2008 is amended as follows:
(1) the title ‘Communications’ is replaced by ‘Communications and notifications’;
(2) paragraph 1 is replaced by the following:
‘1. The communications and notifications to the Commission referred to in this Regulation shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/2009.’;
(3) paragraph 2 is deleted.
