  "text": "From 16 July 2015 only cosmetic products which comply with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 as amended by this Regulation shall be placed on the Union market.\nFrom 16 April 2016 only cosmetic products which comply with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 as amended by this Regulation shall be made available on the Union market.",
