  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 1340/2008 is amended as follows:\n(1) In Article 9, paragraph 6 is replaced by the following:\n‘6. The serial number shall be composed of the following elements:\ntwo letters identifying the exporting country as follows:\nKZ = Republic of Kazakhstan,\ntwo letters identifying the Member State of intended destination as follows:\nBE = Belgium\nBG = Bulgaria\nCZ = Czech Republic\nDK = Denmark\nDE = Germany\nEE = Estonia\nIE = Ireland\nGR = Greece\nES = Spain\nFR = France\nHR = Croatia\nIT = Italy\nCY = Cyprus\nLV = Latvia\nLT = Lithuania\nLU = Luxembourg\nHU = Hungary\nMT = Malta\nNL = Netherlands\nAT = Austria\nPL = Poland\nPT = Portugal\nRO = Romania\nSI = Slovenia\nSK = Slovakia\nFI = Finland\nSE = Sweden\nGB = United Kingdom,\na one-digit number identifying the quota year corresponding to the last figure in the year in question, e.g. “9” for 2009,\na two-digit number identifying the issuing office in the exporting country,\na five-digit number running consecutively from 00 001 to 99 999 allocated to the specific Member State of destination.’.\n(2) Annex IV to Regulation (EC) No 1340/2008 is replaced by the text in the Annex to this Regulation.",
