# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1164/2014 of 31 October 2014 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 411/2014 opening and providing for the administration of a Union import tariff quota for fresh and frozen beef and veal originating in Ukraine, Article 2: Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply as of 2 November 2014.
