  "heading": "To be filled in by producers of gases — Article 19(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 and point 1(a) and (c) of Annex vii to Regulation (EU) No 517/2014",
  "text": "Applicable for the first time to reporting on activities carried out in 2014 (by 31 March 2015 at the latest).\nQuantities shall be reported in metric tonnes with accuracy to the third decimal place, separately for each gas listed in Annex I or Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 517/2014.
