# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1250/2014 of 21 November 2014 amending Regulation (EC) No 891/2009 as regards tariff quotas for sugar originating in Serbia, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply as from the 2014/2015 marketing year.
