Article 6 Verification procedure for market surveillance purposes

F1When performing market surveillance checks to assess compliance with the requirements set out for RVUs in Annex 2 and for NRVUs in Annex 3 the authorities of Great Britain must apply the verification procedure described in Annex 6.
